Taylor Woodrow plc announces that at its Annual General Meeting held on
Wednesday, 2 May 2007 all resolutions put to the meeting were unanimously
approved by votes on a show of hands.

Two copies of the resolutions passed as Special Business will be submitted to
the UK Listing Authority on 3 May 2007 and will be available for inspection at
the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at
Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14
5HS.
