Taylor Woodrow Subsidiary Management Change


Taylor Woodrow has announced that after 24 years of service, John Peshkin has
decided to step down as president of its North American subsidiary to pursue
other interests outside the company.


Group Chief Executive Iain Napier said, 'We are sorry to see John go but he
leaves a business in good shape with strong regional leadership in each of our
operations in North America. His departure will have no impact upon current
trading which remains in line with expectations at the time of our AGM in May.
