Average price per share:                277.365p

Taylor Wimpey plc intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, Taylor Wimpey plc holds 57,385,734 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,100,897,673 ordinary shares in issue.
