ordinary shares of 25p each on the London Stock Exchange.

Taylor Wimpey plc intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.



Following the purchase of these shares, Taylor Wimpey plc holds 85,944,040 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,072,350,668 ordinary shares in issue.
