It was incorrectly reported to Taylor Wimpey that an amount of 905,923 shares
had been allocated to Taylor Wimpey on 11th December 2007.  The correct
allocation to Taylor Wimpey was zero (0).

The purchase price of 2,600,000 shares was incorrectly reported to Taylor Wimpey
at 226.58p rather than the correct price of 223.243p on 12th December 2007.

Following these adjustments, Taylor Wimpey plc holds 90,638,117 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 1,067,656,591 ordinary shares in issue.
