Share buyback
Taylor Woodrow plc ('the company') announces that on 24 November 2004 it
purchased 1,000,000 of its 25p ordinary shares at a price of 234.5 pence per
share.
These shares will be held as Treasury shares.
This purchase equates to approximately 0.175 per cent of the company's total
issued share capital.
Following the purchase of these shares, Taylor Woodrow holds 13,582,814 as
Treasury shares and has 572,605,459 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).
The purchase was made by the company pursuant to the authorisation granted at
its Annual General Meeting on 20 April, 2004, under Section 163 Companies Act
1985.
Aggregate purchases to date pursuant to that authorisation total 4,613,710
shares, equating to approximately 0.806 per cent of the company's total issued
share capital (excluding treasury shares).
