ordinary shares of 25p each on the London Stock Exchange.

Lowest price paid per share:                         254.5p

Average price per share:                          258.0169p

Taylor Wimpey plc intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, Taylor Wimpey plc holds 52,885,734 of
its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,105,397,673 ordinary shares in issue
(excluding treasury shares).
