Sale of Shares out of Treasury
Taylor Woodrow plc ('the company') announces that on 6 September 2005 it
transferred an aggregate of 123,850 of its 25p ordinary shares, which were held
as Treasury shares, to employees (a) exercising share options pursuant to the
Savings-Related Share Option Scheme, at prices between 124.4 pence per share and
226.8 pence per share (b) acquiring shares pursuant to the Share Purchase Plan
(SIP) and the associated one for one match by the company and (c) awarded shares
under the long service award scheme.
Following the transfer of these shares, the company now holds 18,924,354 shares
as Treasury shares and has 570,191,345 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
