Notification of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Preliminary Financial Results

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter 2021 and preliminary consolidated financial results for the full year 2021 will be published on Friday, 18 February 2022. 

The management team will host a conference call on the day to discuss the results. Full details of the event will be published in due course.
