Statement re sale of shares by Malone Finance Limited

TBC Bank Group PLC (LSE: TBCG) (the "Company") has been notified that Malone Finance Limited has sold 2,000,000 shares in the Company at a price of GBP 12.40 per share.

Malone Finance Limited, an affiliate of the Georgian Co-Investment Fund ("Malone"), has previously bought shares in connection with a derivative instrument entered into with Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Company respectively.  

After the sale of these shares it is understood that the total number of shares in the Company held by Malone is 1,136,596.
