Further to the release of the Company's Preliminary Results announcement on 18^th March 2014, the Company announces that it has today posted the following documents on its website at www.tclarke.co.uk/investor-relations:

·     Notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.00 am on Friday 9^th May 2014 at 200 Aldersgate, St Paul's, London EC1A 4HD.

A copy of each of the documents listed has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism ('NSM') and can be accessed via the NSM website at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.  The Company's Preliminary Results Announcement released on 18^th March 2014 contained all the information required by DTR 6.3.5.
