The Company has today received notification that Mr. P. E. Stanborough, Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at 121.5p per Share on 19 November 2008.  Following this transaction Mr. Stanborough is interested in 170,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.43% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
