The Company has today received notification that Mr L J D Arnold, Non-Executive Director, purchased 11,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at 146p per Share on 18 June 2008. Following this transaction, Mr Arnold is interested in 82,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
