T CLARKE ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF
NEW FINANCE DIRECTOR
T. Clarke plc, ('T. Clarke') the Electrical engineering and contracting Group,
today announces the appointment of Victoria French, ACA, as Finance Director
Designate. Victoria, aged 40, joins T. Clarke from NYSE listed Fair Isaac
Corporation. She will be joining the Company on 30th April 2007. Victoria is a
qualified Chartered Accountant having trained with Coopers & Lybrand. Prior to
joining Fair Isaac, she previously worked for Interoute Telecommunications
Group. Victoria has an MSc in Microbiology from Cape Town University.
Victoria will subsequently replace John Daly, who will be leaving by mutual
consent, to pursue other interests outside of the construction industry. He
will be stepping down from the Board and leaving the group formally on 31st
July 2007.
Pat Stanborough, Chief Executive of T. Clarke commented,

experience in revenue accounting, internal controls and management reporting.

The Company can advise that there are no further details relating to the
appointment of Victoria French which it is obliged to disclose under paragraph
9.6.13R of the FSA's Listing Rules.
