                         NOTIFICATION OF BOARD CHANGE       

The  Board  of  T.  Clarke  plc  ('T. Clarke'), the Electrical engineering and
contracting  company  today  announces  that  Robin  H  Wyborn, the Commercial
Director, has  resigned  from  the  Board  and  is  leaving  the  Company with
immediate effect to pursue other interests.

Pat Stanborough, Managing Director commented,

'  Robin   has  been  a  loyal servant to T. Clarke.  I would like to take the
opportunity  to  thank  him  for  his efforts and on behalf of all of us at T.
Clarke I wish him all the best in the future.'
