Statement Re: Share Price Movement
The Board of T.Clarke plc, the electrical engineering and contracting group, has
noted the recent fall in its share price and confirms that it is not aware of
any reason for this share price movement.
The Group released a trading statement on 19 November 2007 and reported that
trading had been strong during the second half of 2007. The Group also updated
shareholders on the scale of the order book, reported that it was on track to
meet market expectations for the year and stated that it was confident about the
prospects for the Group. The Board stands by that announcement. It is looking
forward to updating shareholders on current progress, together with an update on
the outlook for the remainder of 2008, when it announces its preliminary results
for the year ended 31 December 2007 on 28 March 2008.
