TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the Jersey based active fund management group, announces Mark Clubb, Executive Chairman, has today purchased 31,819 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 75.9 pence per share. Following this purchase of shares, he now holds 3,384,902 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 20.44% of the Company's issued share capital.
