Bond Admitted to Trading on Oslo Stock Exchange

 

 

CentralNic (AIM: CNIC), the global internet platform that derives revenue from the subscription sales of domain names and web services, announces that its senior secured bond of €50m was admitted to trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange on Friday 27 September 2019.

 

Funds from the bond, which matures in July 2023 and has a coupon of three-month EURIBOR* plus 7% p.a., were used to finance the recent acquisitions of TPP Wholesale, Hexonet group and Ideegeo Group Ltd, and to repay prior interest-bearing liabilities.

 

The bond is traded under the ticker CNIC01 with the ISIN NO0010856750.
