CentralNic Group plc (AIM: CNIC), a leading global consolidator in the recurring revenue domain and web services industry, announces the following update to disclosure in relation to Iain McDonald, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g)(iii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules. On 12 December 2018, Fishing Republic plc, a company of which Iain is a director, entered administration.
