Director Disclosure

CentralNic, (AIM: CNIC), the internet platform business which derives revenues from the global sale of domain names, makes the following announcement further to the requirement in AIM Rule 17.

Samuel Dayani, Non-Executive Director of CentralNic, has notified the Company that Opes Industries Limited and Opes MRF 2013 Limited, companies of which he is a director, were placed into administration on 9 March 2016.  Both companies were placed into administration due to a major fire at the companies' premises on 28 February 2016, which caused significant damage to critical equipment, resulting in the cessation of operations. Thomas Pridmore, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has also notified the Company that he was a non-executive director of both companies until his resignation on 8 December 2015, before the companies were placed into administration.

No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
