Notice of Final Results

CentralNic Group plc (AIM:CNIC), the internet platform that derives revenue from the worldwide sales of internet domain names, announces today that the Group will publish its Final Results, for the year ended 31^st December 2014, on Tuesday 28^th April 2015. The Board confirms that the Results will be in line with the trading update issued on 8^th December 2014, with profits for the year in line with market expectations.

In terms of recent trading, the Board is pleased with the business performance at the start of 2015, which is also in line with expectations.
