CentralNic (AIM: CNIC), the internet platform business which derives revenues from the global sale of domain names, announces today that it received notice on 23 October 2014 relating to a transfer of 4,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each from Robert Pooke, a director of CentralNic Group plc, to Christian Phillips, the beneficiary.
The 4,750,000 shares were non-beneficially held by Robert Pooke on behalf of the beneficiary, as disclosed in the Company's AIM Admission Document of 2 September 2013, and subject to a 12 month lock-in provision. Following the conclusion of the lock-in period these shares have been transferred for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, the 4,750,000 shares were beneficially held by Christian Phillips, representing 7.76% of the issued share capital. The shares held by Robert Pooke, following the transfer, represent an interest of 13.73% of the Company's issued share capital. The beneficial ownership of Robert Pooke in the Company's share capital has not changed.
