Team17, a global games entertainment label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie") premium video games, has been notified that on 13 October 2020, Mark Crawford, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 1,394 Ordinary Shares at a price of 717 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Crawford holds 6,751 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.005% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 131,473,222 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
