Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Team17 , a global games label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie") premium video games, today announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of Meeting") have been posted to shareholders.  

All documents relating to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted or made available to shareholders on the Company's website: www.team17group.com . These include the 2019 Annual Report, the 2020 Notice of Meeting and the 2020 Form of Proxy.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

In light of the Government's measures relating to the coronavirus pandemic, including the prohibition of public gatherings of more than two people and non-essential travel, the Board will hold the AGM at 11.a.m on Tuesday 19^th May.

The Board strongly urges shareholders to follow the Government's public health instructions in respect of the coronavirus. To that end, the Company intends to refuse entry to any shareholders attempting to attend the Meeting in person.

Only one director and one other shareholder will attend the AGM to ensure that government instructions on public gatherings are met and the meeting is quorate. In lieu of attending the AGM, all other shareholders are requested to complete and return the Form of Proxy appointing the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy with their voting instructions.

The voting results of all resolutions put before the 2020 AGM will be announced shortly after the meeting, via the Regulatory News Service ("RNS") and published on the Company's website.

The Company will continue to update shareholders on arrangements for the AGM through the RNS and the Company's website: www.team17group.com . Shareholders are advised to check the Company's website for updates.
