Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that on 4 May 2022, the Company received notification from Century Cobalt Limited ("CCL") that CCL sold 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company. As a result, CCL now holds 465,625,000 ordinary shares, which comprises 36.67% of the Company's issued share capital. CCL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Century Cobalt Corp.

Alexander Stanbury, a Director of the Company, holds 23.47% of the common stock of Century Cobalt Corp ("CCC") and Lester Kemp, a Director of the Company, holds 0.77% of the common stock of CCC.

On 29 October 2021, Alexander Stanbury entered into a lock in agreement and orderly marketing agreement with the Company (the 'Lock-in Agreement') which provided, inter alia, that he shall not dispose of any shares that he holds "directly or indirectly" in the Company for 12 months from the date of Admission (17 November 2021). On 14 April 2022, the Company agreed that the requirements of the Lock-in Agreement be waived to permit the sale of shares held in the Company by CCL to enable CCL to arrange the repayment of the loans currently due to be repaid by CCC to the Company and to Recyclus Group Limited.
