In accordance with the offer document dated 22 August 2000, the board of Try
has today applied to cancel the listing of Try's ordinary share capital on the
Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and to remove Try's
ordinary shares from trading on the London Stock Exchange. The cancellation
will become effective on 30 October 2000, being twenty business days from the
date of this announcement.
