Board Change
Tekmar Group (AIM: TGP), a leading provider of technology and services for the global offshore energy markets, announces that Sue Hurst will step down from her role as a Director of the Board of Tekmar effective from today. On 1 June 2021, the Company announced that Sue Hurst was stepping down from the role of CFO but would remain on the board for a transitional period which has now completed.
Alasdair MacDonald, CEO of Tekmar Group, said: "I would like to thank Sue for her considerable contribution to the business as a key member of the Group's senior management team for the best part of 10 years. We wish her all the best in the future."
