TG21 plc (the 'Company') announces that it has received notification that on 26
July 2006, David Voss, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 100,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price
of 5.8 pence per share. David Voss' total shareholding is now 809,913 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.99% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of
the Company.
