                            Directors' Shareholding

The Company has been informed today that Mr David Voss, a non-executive director
of the Company, yesterday purchased 20,000 shares at 18.45 pence per share and
then sold 20,000 shares at 17.6 pence per share. Mr David Voss, therefore, still
holds 311,787 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.4% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
