Stuart Gall, the Group Marketing Director having submitted his resignation on 14 
January 2005 left the Company on 31 March 2005 to pursue other interests within 
the biotechnology sector.The Board of the Toad would like to thank Mr. Gall for 
his contribution to the Group over the past 11 years.
