that, following a purchase of 659,800 ordinary shares (date(s) not specified),
FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International
Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C Johnson 3rd
(Principal Shareholder of Fidelity International Limited) has a notifiable
interest in 2,983,500 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 4.17% of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
