Toad plc ('Toad' or 'the Company')
On 22 October 2001, the Company received notification from Hoodless Brennan &
Partners Plc ('Hoodless Brennan') informing them that, following the
acquisition of 2,300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Toad on 18 October
2001, Hoodless Brennan have a notifiable interest in approximately 3.2% of the
ordinary share capital of the Company.
