Toad plc ('Toad' or 'the Company')
On 23 October 2001, the Company received notification from Hoodless Brennan &
Partners Plc ('Hoodless Brennan') informing them that, following a sale of
387,000 ordinary shares in Toad on 19 October 2001, Hoodless Brennan no longer
have a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
