The Company has today been notified that following recent purchases in the
Company,  Mr V V Shah now holds a notifiable  interest in the ordinary share
capital of the Company amounting to 2,850,000 ordinary shares representing
approximately  3.49 per cent. of the current issued share capital. Mr Shah holds
these shares in a nominee account maintained by  Walker Crips Weddle Beck.
