TG21 has today been informed that Mr Paul Frodsham has purchased a total of
810,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 5.78p per share,
bringing his total holding to 3,186,190. Following this purchase, Mr Frodsham's
total beneficial holding represents approximately 3.9 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
