TG21 has today been informed that Mr Paul Frodsham has purchased 250,000
ordinary shares at 5.75p bringing his total holding to 2,626,190. Following this
purchase, Mr Frodsham's total beneficial holding represents approximately 3.21
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
