TG21 has today been informed that Mr Paul William Frodsham has purchased a total of 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company, bringing his total holding to 3,486,190. Following this purchase, Mr Frodsham's total beneficial holding represents approximately 4.27 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
