TRY GROUP PLC (the 'Company)
LISTING APPLICATION

The Company has applied for the admission to the Official
List  of  the London Stock Exchange for 384,310  Ordinary
Shares  of  10p  each pursuant to the vesting  of  shares
under the Company's restricted share scheme.

These  shares  will  rank pari passu  with  the  existing
issued ordinary share capital of the company and dealings
are expected to commence on 3 October 2000.
