The issuer has made the following amendment to the 'Listing Application'
announcement released on 27 September 2000 at 17:42 under RNS No 6550R.

The announcement referred in the first paragraph to 'admission to the Official
List of the London Stock Exchange'. This should read 'admission to the Official
List of the London Stock Exchange, and to the UK Listing Authority'. 

All other details remain unchanged.

TRY GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

The Company has applied for admission to the Official List
of the London Stock Exchange, and to the UK Listing
Authority, for 384,310 Ordinary Shares of 10p each pursuant
to the vesting of shares under the Company's restricted
share scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the Company and dealings are
expected to commence on the 3 October 2000.
