Stephen Wheatley to Join as Non-executive Director

Stephen Wheatley, the former Sales Director of TRACKER plc, is joining the board
of Toad plc today as a non-executive director.  Stephen was one of the original
team that established TRACKER in the UK and is experienced in launching new
vehicle telematic systems.  He will advise Toad on their developments within the
tracking and telematic marketplace.
