Telecom plus plc ('Telecom plus')
Issue of shares
Telecom plus has applied for the listing of 129,001 ordinary shares of 5p each
following the valid exercise of options under The Telecom plus plc
Non-Approved Share Option Scheme and The Telecom plus plc Networkers and
Consultants Share Option Scheme.
Accordingly, application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be admitted
to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The new ordinary shares will rank
pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. Admission of the new
ordinary shares is expected to be effective, and dealings to commence, on 24
July 2001.
