                            Director's shareholding


The Company has been notified that on 31st March 2006 Mr Keith Stella stepped
down as a Trustee of the Charles Wigoder Charitable Foundation and therefore has
ceased to have a non-beneficial interest in the 1,800,000 ordinary shares of 5 p
each in the Company which are owned by the Foundation.

In addition, on 31 March 2006, Mr Stella purchased 7,104 ordinary shares at a
cost of 139.5 pence per share. He now owns 63,064 ordinary shares, representing
0.09per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
