    Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
                  Responsibility ('PDMR') or Connected Persons


Telecom plus PLC announces that in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R), the Company
received notification today that Mr Richard Michell, a non-executive director of
Telecom plus PLC, made a gift of 6,000 shares to Downside School on 21 February
2008.

Mr Michell now has an interest in 376,686 shares, representing approximately
0.57 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
