Telecom Plus PLC (the "Company")

Notification and public disclosure by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

Telecom Plus PLC received notification today that Julian Schild, Non-Executive Director, conducted two transactions in the Company's shares for personal planning purposes ("the Transactions").  Mr Schild gifted 151,234 ordinary shares in the Company of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to one of his adult children.  Mr Schild also sold and immediately repurchased 38,698 Ordinary Shares ("the Transactions").  

Following the Transactions Mr Schild retains a beneficial interest in 38,698 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.

The attached notification, made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), gives further detail of the Transactions.
