                            Director's Shareholding


The Company received notification today that Melvin Lawson, a Non Executive
Director of the Company, has changed the ownership structure of his shares.

The total number of shares in which Mr Lawson retains an interest remains
unchanged at 2,050,000 shares, representing approximately 3.06 per cent of the
total voting rights of the Company.


These shares are held in CFD form as follows:
