Telecom plus plc ('the Company')
Telecom plus PLC, the UK's leading integrated multi-utility (gas, electricity,
telephony, internet), announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting,
Dominic Wheatley, Non-Executive Director, has today resigned as a Director. Mr.
Wheatley is leaving the company to focus on his position as Chief Executive of
Bright Things plc, a company quoted on AIM.
Peter Nutting, Chairman, said:
'We are very sorry to lose Dominic. He has been a major contributor to our board
of directors and we will miss his expertise in the field of marketing. I can
fully understand that Dominic feels he can't continue if he is to give 100% of
his time to Bright Things at a crucial stage in the company's development. We
wish him all good fortune with Bright Things and hope the future for him and
them is indeed bright.'
