The Company received notification on 27 March 2007, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, that as
at the dates detailed below, Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries had the following notifiable interests in ordinary shares
in the Company representing the disclosed percentages of the issued share

(FFML), Fidelity Investment Services Ltd (FISL), Fidelity Gestion (FIGEST),
Fidelity Investments Advisory (Korea) Limited (FIAKL), Fidelity Investments
Management (Hong Kong) Limited (FIMHK), Fidelity Pension Management (FPM),
Fidelity Investments Japan (FIJ) and Fidelity Investments International (FII),
investment managers for various non-US investment companies and institutional
clients.
