the Companies Act 1985, that as at 5 January 2007, FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 9,576,248 ordinary shares in
the Company representing 13.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
