Result of General Meeting

Telecom Plus PLC (trading as the Utility Warehouse), which supplies a wide range of utility services (gas, electricity, fixed line telephony, mobile telephony and broadband internet) to both residential and business customers, announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today the ordinary resolution put to shareholders of the Company was duly passed.

A copy of the resolution has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
