Telecom plus PLC (the 'Company')
Transaction In Own Shares - Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
The Company is pleased to announce that it has today purchased 750,000 ordinary
shares at an average price of 186 pence per share, at a minimum price of 185
pence per share and at a maximum price of 188 pence per share.
The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
The total number of ordinary shares of 5p of Telecom plus PLC in issue as at the
date of this notice is 69,013,042 with each share carrying the right to one
vote.
There are 750,000 shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Telecom plus PLC is therefore 68,263,042.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telecom plus PLC, under the
Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
